SPECIALTY CUTS
Cubing, Slicing, and Dicing
We offer custom order cuts on all of our products. From a juicy two inch thick steak or jerky meat cut paper thin, we can do it. Cuts we carry on hand are: 1" x 1" or 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" cubed Beef Tripe (Menudo) and thinly sliced 1/2" x 1/2" cubed Taco Meat in Pork, Beef, or Chicken. We are able to do these cuts and offer them at low prices because we are at the forefront of meat cutting technology.
